We are looking for an experienced sous chef to join our busy kitchen team.
- Experience in fresh food & high volumes is desired.
- Passionate about quality produce, presentation & service.
Together with the head chef you will help to develop seasonal menus and specials. This key role will require full responsibility for the management of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
Salary based on a 45 hour week.
Starting salary – £22,000 based on experience + paid over time
